I understand that this Lawsuit, entitled Rodriguez, et al. v. Returns ‘R’ US, Inc., d/b/a Pharma Logistics, Ltd. Case No. 21 CH 0000264, (“Lawsuit”) is pending in the Circuit Court of Lake County, Illinois, alleging that Defendant required certain employees to scan their finger as part of clocking in and out for work without allegedly first providing them with written notice and obtaining written consent under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”), 740 ILCS 14/1 et seq. Defendant denies all of Plaintiffs’ allegations and any alleged wrongdoing.
